Where we deliver
We currently deliver to all addresses in England, Wales, Scotland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Exclusions – PO boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered if different from the billing address.
We offer FREE standard delivery to all mainland UK addresses.
Addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles incur a surcharge.
For quicker delivery, we offer an option to upgrade to a faster service.
Any delivery applied charges are available to view in your ‘Shopping Basket’, before you submit your order.
To allow us to provide free standard delivery we use a variety of couriers, depending on the size/weight of your item/s. This may mean that your order arrives in more than one delivery
Processing and Delivery Times
Delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time
Order processing time is the time taken from payment being received to the item being dispatched. Our typical order processing time is up to 1 working day, however we aim to ship any orders received by midday on the same day. Exceptional times when this may increase are immediately following bank holidays
Shipping time is the time taken from the receipt of the good by the carrier to the first delivery attempt at the destination by the carrier.
Please remember to add order processing time to the shipping time to calculate your item’s delivery due date (eg. 1 day plus 3-5 days standard delivery = up to 6 working days). You will see an estimation of the delivery date at ‘Checkout’.
Free standard delivery shipping time is 3-5 working days.
Premium delivery rates are available (depending on destination). Premium shipping times are 48hr and 24 Hr
Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
We make our best efforts to ensure delivery by the due date. However, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly from failure to meet an estimated delivery date. Sometimes events beyond our control happen. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. For example, strikes or weather events.
